Terms and Conditions Walking Foofball Tournament

The tournaments will take place in May & October and is an International outdoor walking football tournament played on Astroturf pitches.

All walking football teams (M/W)
How to register your team:
Only official application forms will be accepted.
Please ensure that all applications forms are filled in properly and correctly, any additional charges incurred for changes or rectifying mistakes are the sole responsibility of the applicant and submitting team. Confirmation of team participation will be sent once payment has been received. Registration fee – €175 per team.
In order for your team to participate, the whole of the package must be booked including the hotel accommodation and the airport transfers.
Package prices are per person for the whole period of the tournament. Children’s rates are available on request and are subject to sharing with two full paying adults. Children’s ages are deemed 2-11,99 years. Should you require any additional nights’ accommodation, extras such as excursions then payment must be made directly to Viajes Adramar. No extras are included in the final price, such as drinks, extra meals; the event organizer will not be responsible for the payment of any such services in resort. Viajes Adramar or the event organizers are not responsible for any bank charges that may be incurred for the part payment or full payment of this tournament. Once full payment has been received confirmation will be sent of the approved hotel accommodation and transfer details. All Bank payments must state the name of guests and team name as a reference in order for it to reconcile correctly. All payments must be advised to email@example.com confirming payment, team name and hotel accommodation selected. Singles rooms are very limited and will be issued on a first come first served basis. If you wish to book a single room a single supplement must be paid.
Cancellation Policy & Fees:
- - Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival, or no show 100% of the total amount.
- - Cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total amount.
- - We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
- - Please note that if any player/non player cancels their participation then we advise them to contact their travel insurance for a full refund when possible as there is a strict cancellation policy in use
The organizer agrees to prepare and organize the tournament as advertised but reserves the right to make changes to the final program. All participating teams agree to pay the event organizer (tournament fee) and Viajes Adramar (for accommodation) the agreed fees and in return will receive hotel accommodation, airport transfers and tournament facilities plus any additional service costs incurred agreed at the time of booking. Should in any unforeseen circumstances the event be cancelled through the fault of the event organizer, then the payment will be returned to participating candidates but without accepting responsibility or liability or acceptance for any compensation claims. Should the tournament be cancelled due to Corona, all teams will be refunded their registration fee’s & any payments made for their accommodation and airport transfers (minus cost of 10€pp)
The event organizer Mallorca Football Events or Viajes Adramar can’t be held responsible for any injuries or damage to people or personal equipment or belongings during this tournament. All Team leaders should ensure that their team is adequately insured for the duration of their trip. Team leaders are requested to make their teams aware of any possible dangers that may be associated with the sport that they are playing. Team leaders have the obligation to ensure the well-being and orderly conduct of their players and companions at all times. The selected participating hotels will not accept any unruly behaviour at any time and the event organizer or Viajes Adramar will in no way be responsible for the re-allocating of any guests that has been evicted from or deemed non grata by the hotel management and staff. This includes the return transfer from any new accommodation taken by any guests wishing to move from the paid and selected participating hotels.
By agreeing to play in the tournament you agree to allow any photos of you or your team to be used in the promotion of the event.
Mallorca Football Events/Viajes Adramar and our employees /Staff will not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage of any nature during your tour, or resulting from a stay at any accommodation, supplied by our organization. We are also not liable for the breakdown or non-operation of technical equipment and the cancellation or closing of facilities at your accommodation. We strongly recommend you take out insurance cover during your full stay. We ask that you respectfully uphold the laws of the country that you are visiting and respect the rights of other guests at all of our resorts. A copy of the household rules is available at the reception of the hotel you are visiting. If your hotel room is left improperly, supplementary cleaning costs or costs for damaged property will be charged for.
Please remember, when travelling your team is not only representing your club, but also your country. Upholding the good name of your force/department/Ministry will make you many new friends and contacts for the future, along with laying the foundation for other teams to follow in your footsteps or perhaps a return visit.
Mallorca Football Events/Viajes Adramar cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, natural disaster, worldwide virus/disease outbreaks, weather conditions or fire, or in case the event is cancelled by the (local) government. We are not responsible for late team changes.
The organisation cannot be held accountable for damage or injuries incurred during the tournament. Participants take part at their own risk. We also recommend that each participant takes out good medical, cancellation and /or travel insurance before participating in the tournament. In cases of extreme weather, the artificial grass fields may be deemed unsuitable for football competitions. The organisation cannot be held accountable for this in any way and it falls under force majeure.
